About the project

We are looking for partners for the proven project City Coding Circle (polish Koło Programistek Miejskich)!
If your company supports the idea of increasing the number of women in the world of new technologies, strives to achieve sustainable development goals, and values CSR, EB, and PR policies—become a Partner.

City Coding Circle is an initiative by Fundacja Girls Code Fun, aimed at women who want to explore new technologies and online tools in practice. It is designed for IT enthusiasts and individuals eager to transition into the tech industry.

Our activities focus on two areas:

  • Meet-ups of City Coding Circle, where professionals from the IT or related industries share their experiences, inspire, and highlight opportunities for growth. These events also provide a space for participants to get to know each other better and motivate one another.
  • Visits to technology companies or companies with tech departments that are willing to share their knowledge and experience with our community. These meetings can conclude with an invitation for an internship or serve as the first step in recruiting new employees.

What is City Coding Circle

City Coding Circle is an initiative by Fundacja Girls Code Fun aimed at women of all ages and from various cities. It’s a universal concept that we can spread far and wide across Poland.

The extensive support provided by City Coding Circle (CCC) ensures that women with varying levels of experience can benefit from these valuable meetings. What’s especially important today is that, for many, in-person networking is a significant advantage of the project.

City Coding Circle is a series of meetings organized in various cities across Poland. We don’t want to limit ourselves to a single location. Our Partners come from different parts of the country, and the development needs of women align regardless of where they live. These needs may vary across different dimensions, but one is undoubtedly shared—the need for digital skills, which dominate the job market.

Possible topics for meetings within City Coding Circle

The list of topics is open, but we suggest a few main areas that can be narrowed down or expanded. We aim to meet the needs of those who want to explore new technologies and online tools in practice, IT enthusiasts, and individuals eager to transition into the tech industry.

The range of interests is broad—today, the tech industry is no longer defined solely by programming but also by digital skills. And that’s exactly what we focus on in City Coding Circle.
