About the project

We are looking for partners for our mentoring project. If your company supports the idea of increasing the number of women in the world of new technologies, strives to achieve sustainable development goals, and values CSR, Employer Branding, and PR strategies – become a Partner in this mentoring program.

Having the right skills is only half the success on the path to growth and entering the world of technology. The other half – equally important – is believing in those skills, building self-confidence, standing your ground, and having the determination to strengthen your position. It’s also about having the courage to break stereotypes and navigate the rapidly evolving IT world, where women are still underrepresented.

Through our mentoring program, we support women who have already taken their first steps toward a career in IT but still need a helping hand and guidance from more experienced professionals. As a foundation, we help women continue developing their skills and stay on their chosen path.

We understand how crucial support and guidance are in navigating the multitude of available opportunities. That’s why we match the needs of mentees with the skills of mentors, enabling them to work together over the coming months to focus on growth, strengthen confidence, enhance skills, and prepare for success in the tech industry.

By financially supporting this mentoring program, you will help hundreds of women enter the tech industry as fully skilled and confident professionals. You will also showcase your company’s ambassadors – they will step into the role of mentors, representing your organization and its commitment to fostering talent and diversity.

Why mentoring is so important?

By partnering with us, your organization demonstrates its commitment to developing talent, creating an inclusive work environment, and empowering women to succeed in technology.

Mentoring is a powerful tool for growth that benefits not only the mentees but also the mentors. Research shows that well-structured mentoring programs significantly support both professional and personal development. For mentees, mentoring provides guidance, access to valuable networks, and motivation to overcome challenges. For mentors, it’s an opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain new perspectives, and make a meaningful impact on someone’s growth.

Key Data About Mentoring:

  • Approximately 70% of women participating in mentoring programs report increased self-confidence and define a clearer career path.
  • In Poland, mentoring is gaining popularity, with more companies incorporating it into their diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Globally, employees engaged in mentoring are five times more likely to advance in their careers (Harvard Business Review).
  • Mentoring programs improve retention rates by 72% for mentees and 69% for mentors (Association for Talent Development).
  • Research shows that over 40% of employees without a mentor considered leaving their job in the past three months. In contrast, 71% of those with a mentor believe their company provides good career development opportunities, compared to just 47% of those without a mentor (Empowerment Coaching).
  • In the Polish labor market, family responsibilities account for 32% of the reasons women withdraw from career development. The lack of support, such as mentoring, can exacerbate these challenges, leading to a halt in professional growth (Kariera w Finansach).

These data highlight the significant role of mentoring programs in supporting women on their career paths and preventing them from stepping away from professional development.

Our conception of the mentoring program

The program is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of mentees and your organization. Here’s how we can design it:

Format: A combination of 1:1 individual mentoring sessions and group workshops. Introductory workshops will help participants familiarize themselves with the program, while additional sessions will cover key areas of mentees’ development. As part of the project, we can focus on preparing women who plan to apply for internships or employment with your company, or we can equip them with specific hard skills.

Program Duration: Available based on your company’s preferences – from intensive 3-month sessions to year-long initiatives, including success story documentation for mentees.

Participants: The number of mentors and mentees will be adjusted to your organization’s capacity, ensuring scalability and accessibility.
