About the conference
Women in IT Day is a free online event that brings together female experts, mentors, and leaders from the IT sector. This year, we are proud to lead a workshop designed to help women deepen their self-awareness and pursue their goals with greater clarity and confidence.
As the Girls Code Fun Foundation, we will present a session titled “Self-Coaching as a Tool for Goal Achievement.” During this workshop, participants will explore practical techniques for working with themselves – tools that enhance self-awareness and support both professional and personal growth.
The session will be led by:
- Samanta Kurkowiak – HR Business Partner with years of experience in the IT industry, mentor, and coach supporting women in their career development.
- Anna Osowska – Director of the Girls Code Fun Foundation, community builder for women in tech, and advocate for future-ready skills.
The conference program features inspiring talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, and hands-on workshops focused on developing both digital and personal competencies. It’s a day where technology meets growth and female solidarity – a unique space for sharing knowledge, inspiration, and experience that attracts thousands of participants from around the world each year.
