IT Project / Product Manager
I’m an IT Project Manager, where I focus on creating and implementing digital solutions. In my daily work, I seamlessly combine business, organizational, and technological perspectives while ensuring clear communication across teams. Innovation holds a special place in what I do, ranging from the practical application of generative artificial intelligence and building my own digital prototypes to process automation. I engage in technological and social projects, and I actively participate in initiatives supporting women in IT, drawing immense energy from the exchange of knowledge and mutual support. Participating in development programs allowed me to put AI theory into practice and expand my product management skills even more boldly. Outside of work, I’m interested in new technology trends, startups, social initiatives, soccer, and travel.
You work as an IT Project Manager, bridging business and technology. What made you decide to join the Girls Code Fun mentoring programs?
I was looking for a unique perspective from experienced business practitioners and a space to build relationships with mentors from top tech companies. I wanted to consult on my career path, gain support in breaking through barriers, and structure the knowledge needed for dynamic growth.
As part of the programs, you worked with two mentors at once: a Product Manager and an Engineering Manager. How did this dual perspective influence your approach to work?
This collaboration gave me an exceptionally versatile outlook on building digital products and software engineering. It helped me structure my goals and gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone. Thanks to their support, I gained a better grasp of working at the intersection of business, technology, and people management, which translated into a lot of confidence when making decisions.
Participating in the project gave me a massive boost of energy, confidence, and practical skills in working with AI technologies. It’s a unique community that inspires bold growth in IT.
Since tackling new challenges required stepping out of your comfort zone, what was the biggest hurdle for you in this process?
The biggest challenge turned out to be precisely defining my own goals and opening up to constructive feedback. This required overcoming internal doubts. However, with every subsequent meeting with my mentors, I saw my confidence grow because I could regularly test my ideas against experienced practitioners.
That growing confidence sounds like a turning point. How did it translate into your daily actions and approach to innovation?
Before joining the project, I felt that working with artificial intelligence tools or building my own digital prototypes required years of engineering background. I quickly realized that the key’s the right mindset and an openness to experimentation. I consider my biggest success to be the fact that I stopped just planning and started independently creating and testing my first AI-backed application prototypes, as well as more efficiently implementing generative tools in project management.
Looking ahead, how do you plan to use this experience in your career?
My main goal’s to continue growing in the role of an AI Project / Product Manager and to build innovative digital products that deliver real business and social value. I want to keep working on my own prototypes, expand my involvement in tech communities, and share my knowledge with others.
Finally, what advice would you give to girls who’re hesitating to take that first step and participate in such initiatives?
Above all, don’t wait for the moment when you feel you know enough. Technology isn’t just about coding; it’s primarily about solving problems, creativity, and asking the right questions. Silence your inner critic, lean on your mentors’ knowledge, and test your ideas in practice, because experimentation’s what drives the most growth.
