Mentoring with Googlers & Girls Code Fun 2026 is an opportunity to connect with experienced professionals working at Google who are eager to share their knowledge, experience, and career insights. This is the third edition of the programme. Participation is free of charge.
See the participants’ success stories!
In the first edition, 14 mentors joined the programme, and together we delivered 110 hours of mentoring support. In the second edition, 29 mentors provided 289 hours of support for participants. Now it’s time to kick off the third edition!
Who is the programme for?
The programme is open to adult women who want to grow in the technology/IT sector or are considering building their future career in technology.
We welcome both women who are taking their first steps in IT and those who already have professional experience and are looking for support in their further development.
The programme may be particularly valuable for women who:
- are starting to learn new technologies,
- are planning a career change into the IT sector,
- are studying technical or related fields,
- are preparing for their first job in the industry,
- want to develop their technical or business skills,
- are planning a change of role, specialization, or career direction,
- need support with their CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, or job interviews,
- are looking for inspiration, motivation, and guidance from someone with experience in the technology industry.
You do not need to meet any specific technical requirements. What matters most is your willingness to learn and grow, openness to feedback, and commitment to actively participating in the mentoring process.

What kind of support can you expect?
Mentors represent a wide range of technology and business areas. Depending on the mentor you are matched with, you may receive support in areas such as:
career development in the technology industry
developing technical skills
planning your future career path
gaining insight into the realities of working in the technology industry
preparing for job interviews
CV, LinkedIn and portfolio
Mentors
You will find mentor profiles on a simple external webpage connected to a database. Each mentor offers a different area of expertise, level of experience, communication languages, and mentoring availability.
Review the profiles and select up to three mentors whose experience best matches your goals and needs. In the application form, indicate them in order of preference.
The list is displayed in a simple table format. Use the horizontal and vertical scroll bars to navigate. The page will open in a new tab. Take some time to explore the profiles, then return to complete your application.
This edition features Googlers from a variety of fields, including technology, business, data, UX, product management, HR, and career development. The button below will take you to the current list of mentors. Please note that the list is dynamic — some mentors may become unavailable while new ones join. Visit the page regularly to stay up to date.
How does the programme work?
1. Choose a mentor
Review the mentor profiles and select up to three people.
2. Complete the application form
Tell us about your goals and the type of support you are looking for. The application form is available on this page.
3. Your profile is shared with your selected mentors
As part of the matching process, the mentors you selected will receive your application and review your profile.
4. The mentor makes a decision
Each mentor independently decides whether they can take on a particular mentee. Their decision depends on factors such as availability, the number of applications received, and the alignment of mentoring goals.
5. We contact you
If there is an opportunity to match you with one of your selected mentors, the Girls Code Fun Foundation will contact you by email or phone.
6. You begin the mentoring journey
Once you have been matched with a mentor, meeting arrangements are made directly between the two of you. The mentee initiates the first contact, and together you agree on meeting dates, frequency, and the format of your collaboration. You will receive more information in the introduction email.
