An honorable award and a motivating distinction
We are pleased to share that during SoDA Conference 2026 – one of the key events for the technology and digital industry in Poland – Anna Osowska, CEO of the Girls Code Fun Foundation, received the “Transformation Leader” award. This distinction is granted to individuals and organizations that make a significant contribution to the development of digital competencies and support transformation processes.
For the Girls Code Fun Foundation, this is an important signal that our strategy aligns with the direction in which the market is evolving. In a time of rapid technological change – particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, data, and automation – the importance of a conscious and systemic approach to digital education continues to grow.
Since the beginning of our work, we have focused on building technological competencies among children, youth, and women. Our initiatives include workshops, bootcamps, mentoring programs, and projects developed in collaboration with business partners. Our goal is not only to provide technical knowledge, but also to develop future skills, including critical thinking, the ability to work with technology, and the conscious use of digital tools.
The activities of the Girls Code Fun Foundation are part of the broader context of digital transformation, which requires both new skills and a shift in how education and talent development are approached. Cooperation with business allows us to respond to the specific needs of organizations – both in preparing future professionals and in supporting the implementation of ESG, DEI, and employer branding goals.
