The mentoring project with Googlers is for any woman who feels she needs mentoring, for whom development in the world of new technologies is important. The #Googlers are individuals who have experience in various fields and industries. We recommend taking a look at the portfolio of mentors and mentors and then choosing the person who best suits your professional profile. Mentoring is a free activity for mentees.

Who are Googlers?
Googlers are employees of a global brand – Google. They are women and men working in the giant’s Warsaw headquarters, who identify with the mission of the Girls Code Fun Foundation and support with their knowledge and experience women who find it invaluable to look at their competence and direction of a person from the side.
What is the mentoring time?
Mentoring will begin with the connection between mentor and mentee through the Foundation. As a mentee, you will get a glimpse of the mentor database and choose your types in order. The Foundation will then pair you with a mentor via email. In further steps, you will set dates together with the mentor. In the application you will see the availability of each person. The project is scheduled to close in August 2024.
What conditions do I need to meet to become a mentee?
First and most important – you need to know the goal of mentoring. The mentor(s) will look at its implementation, be a helpful voice, support. But you are the one who needs to know what you want to get out of mentoring and why you are participating in the process. Are you aware and determined?
