About the meeting
AI & Career Accelerator is a practical, in-person event held in English for women who want to enter IT or are at the beginning of their programming journey or are in IT. We’re hosting it as part of the “Women’s Month Event 2026.”
It’s a 2.5-hour event that combines expert knowledge with hands-on practice. Instead of long lectures, you can expect concrete insights, live demonstrations, and intensive 1:1 sessions.
During the event, you’ll see how to practically use AI tools to support your career growth in IT – both in the context of technical interviews and building confidence throughout recruitment processes.
In the program:
- How to use AI while preparing for a technical interview.
- How to work with LLMs on pseudocode, edge-case testing, and explaining the complexity of solutions.
- What AI agents and RAG are, and how they go beyond simple “chatting.”
- Practical, rotating speed-interview sessions with 1:1 feedback.
- Simulated technical and behavioral interviews.
This event will take you from theory to action — in just one evening.

Openness, readiness to take action, active participation in speed-mentoring sessions, and willingness to receive feedback are essential.

Part 1: The Expert Sprints (45 Minutes)
Fast-paced, high-impact presentations.
● Welcome & Vision: Kickoff by a monday.com host.
● Talk 1: “The AI Copilot: Acing the Technical Interview”
○ The “What”: Using LLMs for pseudocode, edge-case testing, and explaining complexity.
○ The “How”: A 5-minute live demo of solving a whiteboard challenge with an AI “partner” without losing your own logic.
● Talk 2: “Modern AI: Agents, RAG, and You”
○ The “What”: Why “Chatting” is old news. Understanding RAG (feeding AI your data) and Agents (AI that takes action).
○ The “How”: Visualizing a monday.com workflow where an AI agent handles project updates.
Part 2: The Network Reset (15 Minutes)
● Coffee & Transition: Participants move to their assigned “Speed Interview” tables.
○ Pro-tip: Have “Table Tents” with the mentor’s name and their specialty (e.g., “Data Science,” “Product Management,” “Backend Dev”).
Part 3: The Speed-Interview Circuit (75 Minutes)
This is where the magic happens. We do 5 rounds of 12 minutes each + 3 minutes for rotation.
How to split the Mentors:
● Technical Staff: Focus on “AI Pair-Programming” mocks. They look at the participant’s logic and how they use AI to explain code.
● Non-Technical Staff: Focus on “Behavioral & Storytelling.” They ask: “How did you use AI to solve a specific problem?” and give feedback on confidence and clarity.

Focused 1-on-1 feedback session.
Round 2
Rotation to a different mentor (Technical to Non-Technical).
Round 3
Deep dive into a specific resume project or AI prompt.
Round 4
Mock “Final Round” interview vibe.
Round 5
“Wildcard” round (Career advice or Technical Q&A).
Part 4: The Closing Power-Speech (15 Minutes)
● The Wrap-Up:
○ The Speech: “The Future belongs to the Curious.” A short, inspiring message on how these tools are equalizers for women in tech.
○ The “Next Step”: Link to a monday.com board where participants can find the slides, the prompt library, and a list of open roles at the company.
The event has a dynamic format – the pace is high, and each part has a clearly defined objective.
Pre-registration is required. The number of spots is limited due to the 1:1 format. We will select participants who best fit the character of the event and demonstrate strong motivation, as well as a clear understanding of how participation will support their development. We will contact those who are selected for the project.
We reserve the right to close the recruitment process earlier. The agenda may be subject to change.

Requirements
LANGUAGE: communicative English is a must-have, as the event is held in English – both the speed mentoring sessions and expert speeches will be conducted in English.
MINDSET: Openness, respectful communication, a supportive attitude, and non-demanding communication in the spirit of NVC. We’re meeting to grow and support each other.
