Who will review your CV?
Your CV will be analyzed by volunteers from our partner organization working across various fields, including HR, marketing, analysis, and research. Everyone involved in the project brings solid knowledge of the job market and hiring processes. Thanks to these diverse perspectives, they will look at your document not just through the lens of recruiting, but also in terms of how you present your experience, skills, and achievements.
Who is this for?
We welcome people from any industry and at any experience level. This includes both people starting their careers and those with established professional experience. If you want or need to fine-tune this crucial hiring document, join the project.
Why get your CV reviewed?
The hiring process causes stress for 49% of surveyed Polish professionals. For 38%, one of the hardest parts is waiting for a response after submitting a resume. These findings come from a nationwide study by Pracuj.pl conducted among 1,500 people.
External CV consultations are usually paid, which means not everyone can afford them. Through our initiative, you will receive free feedback before your document ever lands on a recruiter’s desk. An outside perspective will help you spot areas for improvement so you can apply with greater confidence.

How to participate
Sign up by filling out the form on this page according to the guidelines, and gain a fresh perspective on your English CV.
Rules:
- Please do not include any personal data in your submitted CV. Otherwise, it will be automatically deleted and will not take part in the initiative.
- For your first name, use something like an animal name (for example, Fox).
- For your last name, use an adjective describing that animal (for example, Clever).
- In place of your email address and phone number, type “xxx”.
- The CV must be in English. Our HR team works in English, so this is a strict requirement.
- Save your CV as a PDF and share it via an external link.
- Name the file using your fictitious details (for example, Fox_Clever_CV.pdf).
Documents that fail to meet these criteria will be disqualified without prior notice. Take a few extra minutes to double-check everything!
