About Women in IT Day
For another year, Girls Code Fun Foundation is supporting Women in IT Day as an event patron. This year, we are not only promoting women’s professional development in technology but also sharing our own experience. On November 27, Alicja Białek and Anna Osowska will lead the “Refactoring Your Own Work” workshop as part of the UP track.
During the workshop, we will explore three small changes in tasks, relationships, and perspective – without changing jobs. We will focus on three areas:
- Perspective – how to rethink your role, skills, and the value of your work.
- Tasks – how to take a more intentional approach to shaping what you do and how you do it.
- Relationships – how to improve collaboration and everyday interactions at work.
Workshop facilitators:
- Alicja Białek – Burnout Coach (ICF ACC) and Agile Transformation Coach with 9 years of experience leading teams in the IT industry. With a background in anthropology and sociology, she combines an understanding of people and culture with hands-on experience working with groups. Girls Code Fun instructor.
