Webinar description
We continue our Spring Into Tech series of workshops and meetings. This time we invite you to a webinar and Q&A session on professional development in the cyber security industry. You will meet three women – Natalia, Sylvia and Malgosia. All of them are growing in the cybersec industry, although on different paths. At the meeting, you’ll see that these can also be your paths – whether it’s a technical programmer or you have other important competencies that will be invaluable.
Thinking about a career in cyber security, but don’t know where to start? Wondering if this is even the industry for you? Or maybe you already know you want to go this way, you just lack the support of women who have already walked this path?
For whom?
This webinar along with the Q&A session is for you if:
- you are considering re-branding to cybersec
- you don’t have a technical background, but feel that this could be your path
- you have a technical background and are considering working in SOC
- you want to hear the stories of women who are already working in cybersecurity
Sound support for the considerations that currently accompany your daily life? Are you looking for your path? Want to get inspired? Apply!
What will you get to know?
During the 90-minute meeting you will hear three different perspectives – sales, marketing and technical. Each will give you an idea of how you can enter the industry and what daily life is like in cyber security.
Each speaker will share:
- your path to cybersecurity
- what really counts in this job
- tips on what competencies are worth developing – and how to get started.
We will conclude with a joint Q&A, during which we will answer questions from female participants.
