Description of the practical project workshop
Is it possible to understand the principles of agile project management by building with LEGO bricks? As it is – you can. During our Agile mini-workshop you will learn about the Scrum methodology from the inside and take part in an intensive simulation of project team work. After the practical part, you will have time for Q&A – talks about building a career path in IT, doubts, challenges and everyday life in the technology industry.
The meeting will not only be a learning opportunity, but also an inspiring space for sharing experiences and reflections.

What is Scrum – you will learn about its structure, roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, development team) and events (sprints, retrospectives, reviews).

How to turn theory into practice – with the example of a design simulation using LEGO bricks.
How important it is to communicate and be open to change in a dynamic work environment.

Instructors
Alicja Białek – Executive Coach with 9 years of experience in the IT industry, including as a Project Manager, Agile Leader (Team & Portfolio Manager), Product Owner, workshop facilitator. She specializes in supporting female leaders and managers in building resilience and implementing best practices to protect against professional burnout.
Barbara Lech-Wołodźko – Agile Coach, trainer, facilitator of the Design Thinking method, service designer and cultural scientist. On a day-to-day basis, as Release Train Engineer, she is responsible for improving collaboration between IT teams and the rest of the organization, supporting the implementation of the Agile approach and optimizing processes and value delivery.
