The Student Channel Foundation connects the worlds of students, business and academia. The Girls Code Fun Foundation brings women closer to the IT world. And together we work to streamline the entry of young, competent women and men into the industry and gain their first professional experience.
The valuable publication, which will be based on the results of a survey, will realistically bring together the perspectives of students and recruiters. It will provide a glimpse into the needs of students who are embarking on their professional adventure and IT recruiters who are looking for specific soft skills and hard skills among juniors and interns.
