For whom?
The “Women Go Salesforce” project is designed for those of you who are looking for your career path and are not yet familiar with Salesforce tools. During this project, you will discover and understand the professional opportunities Salesforce offers and how your career can develop within these global solutions. The program is structured so that you will have time to consolidate your knowledge after each session. We will introduce you to the basics of Salesforce – starting from the concept of the solution, providing hands-on experience with it, and access to the e-learning platform, to showcasing the career opportunities available in the Salesforce ecosystem.

After the first session, you will have access to a practical and free e-learning program that will help you deepen your knowledge and acquire practical skills related to the system.
As part of the program, you will also receive a voucher for the Salesforce Associate certification exam, which is the first and foundational step in this technology.
What will you learn?
Participants in the program will gain and consolidate foundational knowledge about Salesforce products, explore the talent development ecosystem, and understand the career and growth opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem. The program aims to inspire participants to pursue further development and learning with Salesforce as a potential career path.
Participants will gain access to the Trailhead platform – a dedicated and free e-learning resource for learning Salesforce. Additionally, each participant will receive a voucher (discount code) for the Salesforce Associate certification exam, which is regularly priced at $70 (net).
What is the schedule?
- September 12, 2024 (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- September 19, 2024 (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- September 26, 2024 (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
The sessions will be led by Paweł Augustyn – Competence Lead and Solution Architect at the implementation company Sii Poland. He is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing Salesforce consultants, analysts, and administrators. Paweł works with key clients, supporting their strategies through solutions delivered by this technology.

Requirements
- Internal motivation
- Willingness to explore “Is Salesforce right for me?” and determine the right career path
- Interest in gaining knowledge about Salesforce global solutions
- A high level of English proficiency (sessions will be in Polish, but the platform content is in English)
- Participation in all three live sessions
- Completion of the online certification exam
The ideal candidate is someone with professional experience, preferably in large organizations, who understands how large companies operate and the potential benefits of using Salesforce tools.
