Description of the practical project workshop
“Career Design Thinking” is an innovative 3-hour workshop that combines the proven methodology of design thinking with career coaching. Participants go through all five phases of the design process (EMPATHIZE, DEFINE, IDEATE, PROTOTYPE, TEST), but instead of designing a product, they design their future career. The workshop is structured in a practical way – from deep analysis of the current situation, to defining key challenges, generating solutions, and creating a concrete action plan for the next two weeks.
Workshop objectives:
- to equip participants with the tools and awareness needed to successfully plan and build a career in IT, regardless of their starting point.
- to introduce female participants to the idea of design thinking and design work.
