RECLAIM 2026 – build balance, regain peace of mind

RECLAIM 2026 is an intimate coaching and mentoring project for women experiencing overload, low energy, or the first signs of professional burnout.

Over six weeks, you will work on what exhausts you, what helps you regain control, and how to build success without paying for it with your health. No pressure, no motivational slogans, and no pretending that “you just need better organization.”

The program is led by Alicja Białek – transformation and burnout coach, Agile Coach, and mentor at Girls Code Fun. The Girls Code Fun Foundation supports the project promotionally, as Alicja has been running valuable initiatives for our community for over a year.

The early bird price applies to the first 4 people and no later than July 31, 2026. Registration via the form on this page.

Does this feel familiar?

  • you do your job well, so you get given even more of it
  • you have a lot of meetings and are constantly context-switching
  • you are running on autopilot
  • you find it harder to focus
  • you feel irritable, followed by guilt
  • your body is sending signals of tension and overload?

This is just a fraction of what you might be going through. Perhaps this list has named something that remained unnamed until now. There are many causes of burnout, and every single one is valid. Yours included.

Where did the idea for this series come from?

Burnout is rarely just about work. It can seep into every area of life: relationships, rest, health, a sense of purpose, and how you feel about yourself.

RECLAIM is not a lecture or a one-time boost of motivation, but a process spread over time. It is built on the shared work of its participants. We meet in an intimate group of no more than ten people so that everyone has space, focus, and a feeling of safety.

When you are among women facing similar overload, it becomes easier to stop thinking, “this is just my problem.” And that can be the beginning of real change.

Is this program for you?

RECLAIM 2026 is for you if you work in a demanding role and increasingly feel like you are running on empty. You might still be delivering, staying effective, and “getting things done,” but the cost keeps rising. You have less energy, finding time to rest is getting harder, you react with irritability more often, and after work, there is little space left for your own life.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to join. This program is also for women who want to react earlier—before overload becomes their everyday default.

What we will cover – step by step

We will start with a map: which systems and roles make up your daily life

We will look at your beliefs, values, and habits – what lifts you up, and what quietly wears you down.

We will look at your work through the lens of tasks, energy, and real impact.

We will name your strengths and see how many of them you actually draw upon every day.

We will look at work and life through the lens of agency, autonomy, relationships, and purpose.

We will see how you react to stress in both your mind and your body.

We will design small experiments for you to implement between sessions.

We will create a vision of a good life and use it to start designing your future.

We will build your “first aid kit” for tougher days, along with strategies to help you achieve success without paying for it with your health.

How will we work?

We will combine coaching exercises, job crafting tools, and bodywork. You will complete some exercises individually and share a portion of your experiences within the group.

Alicja will supplement the process with bite-sized knowledge nuggets to help structure what you are working on, without overwhelming you with theory. We will meet regularly online in a small, close-knit group with limited spots.

Timeline

We will meet regularly on Thursdays at 6:00 PM, once a week, for 1.5 hours:

  • August 13, 2026 — Meeting 1
  • August 20, 2026 — Meeting 2
  • August 27, 2026 — Meeting 3
  • September 3, 2026 — Meeting 4
  • September 10, 2026 — Meeting 5
  • September 17, 2026 — Meeting 6

You will gain

  • You will understand what exactly is draining you, and you will stop treating it as a personal failure once you see how much of an impact the system you work in actually has.
  • You will regain a sense of agency, and instead of “I just have to hang in there,” it will become “I know what I can do about this”—on a small, realistic scale.
  • You will learn to set boundaries that are actually sustainable both at work and in life, rather than in some idealized self-help book scenario.
  • You will catch the moment you start to burn out earlier, before your body or mistakes at work point it out to you.
  • You will gain a community of women facing the exact same challenges—support that lasts long after the program itself ends.
  • You will know what comes next, what you are taking back to your daily life, and what to look out for so that success doesn’t cost you your health.
  • You will remember what brings you joy and make space for it in your daily life.

About Alicja

Alicja Białek — Transformation & Burnout Coach (ICF ACC), Agile Coach

A few words from Alicja: Get to know me before we begin our journey of coaching, mentoring, recovery, and regaining agency together.

For nearly a decade, I led IT teams as a Product Owner, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager. I know firsthand the pace, the pressure, and that moment when “I can handle this” quietly turns into “I have nothing left to give.” I’ve been through it myself. Today, I combine two perspectives that rarely go hand in hand: experience as a tech leader and the skills of an ICF-accredited coach. I view burnout through a sociological lens—not as your personal failure, but as a misalignment between you and the system you work in. What you’re feeling makes sense. And there is something you can do about it—without leaving the industry you love.

At the Girls Code Fun Foundation, I have been a volunteer for over a dozen months and have managed the “Agile You in IT” (Zwinna Ty w IT) projects – Scrum & Agile i Design Thinking Kariery. In RECLAIM, I will guide you from the “I’m still functioning, but fading” phase back to energy, boundaries, and a sense of agency.

More: www.alicjabialek.com and on Substack – Burnout, Unburdened, where I write about burnout, working in tech, and reclaiming energy. And if you want to see how I work and think before signing up, it’s a great place to start.
