UX for junior women is a project for women with junior UX experience (but not higher) who are first at the beginning of their career and also:
- want to work on self-confidence.
- want to develop their understanding of the product they are working on
- want to develop their competencies, but don’t yet know what they want to specialize in
- want to work on self-confidence.
Project objective?
We know how important it is to step into a role with confidence in one’s competence. Therefore, the goal of this project is to develop junior women and work on self-confidence, discovery, learning methods of dealing with difficult situations and the ability to argue your ideas. After the workshop, as a graduate, you will gain the ability to argue, talk to your team, suggest the best solutions in your opinion. You will leave more confident in your competence and built up in your role.
What is the schedule?
UX is a comprehensive online workshop. Sessions last 10 h and are implemented during 5 meetings over 5 weeks, 2 h each meeting, always at the same hours and days. Between sessions, participants work independently according to the guidelines of the instructors (details below).
Meeting dates: July 9, 16, 23, 30 + August 6.
Always Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your involvement in the project will be greater, however, as the leadership team will provide materials to work on outside of the online meetings. So allocate more time to engage in the course, but outside of the group meeting dates (+/- an additional approx. 5-7 hrs).
